TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (B2B)
1. Seller’s Identity
Sentorette SL, 7 Avda Amsterdam, 3 C.C. San Marino, local 3 Los Cristianos 38650 Arona (TF) - Spain, email: info@cocheambientadores.es, owner of the website www.cocheambientadores.es, is specialized in the B2B sale of customized car air fresheners.
2. Subject of the Contract
These general terms govern the online B2B sale of customized car air fresheners and accessories through www.cocheambientadores.es.
3. Product Features
Each product is described in detail in its respective sheet; the images are illustrative. The products are made according to specific requests and customizations provided by the customer.
4. Prices and Availability
All prices are indicated in euros, excluding VAT, and clearly visible, with the addition of any shipping or extra costs. Product availability is based on on-demand production.
5. Ordering and Contract Conclusion
The sales contract is concluded only upon the order confirmation sent by Sentorette via email. Sentorette reserves the right to refuse orders in specific circumstances (e.g. incorrect data, non-payment, insolvency, etc.).
6. Payments
Payments are accepted according to the methods described during checkout. The security of payment data is guaranteed by certified systems.
7. Production, Shipping and Delivery
The average production time is about 15 working days from the order confirmation and receipt of graphic materials, but since these are customized, made-to-order products, the timing may vary depending on specific requirements, quantities, or complexity. In any case, any delays will be promptly communicated. Delivery takes place according to the timing and methods indicated in the order confirmation.
8. Warranty
The goods are covered by a 12-month legal warranty, limited to non-conformity defects not resulting from improper use. In case of problems, the customer must provide written notice within 8 days of discovery and in any case no later than the warranty period.
9. Customer Company’s Responsibility
The client company is responsible for the accuracy of the content and graphics sent, ensuring that it holds all necessary rights. Sentorette declines any responsibility in case of copyright infringements.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sentorette is not liable for delays due to force majeure, data entry errors by the client, non-compliant use, or other circumstances not attributable to its conduct.
11. Privacy
Company and contact data will be processed in accordance with current regulations and only for purposes related to contract execution and assistance.
12. Changes and Applicable Law
Sentorette reserves the right to update these terms. The contractual relationship is governed by Italian/European law. Jurisdiction: Venice (Italy).
